This is a professional manufacturing facility dedicated to the production and processing of construction machinery parts, covering engine components, hydraulic pumps and parts, travel/swing reducers, chassis components, and electrical parts.
Our workshop is equipped with a complete range of high-precision CNC machine tools and specialized processing equipment, including CNC gear shaping machines (YK54A), CNC gear hobbing machines (Y3180), vertical machining centers (VMC-850), and traditional heavy-duty metalworking machinery. These advanced systems support full-process manufacturing capabilities, from blank forging/casting, CNC turning and milling, gear cutting and shaping, to precision grinding and surface treatment.
All production processes follow strict quality control standards, ensuring the dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and mechanical performance of each component meet OEM specifications. After processing, finished products undergo rigorous inspection, cleaning, and anti-corrosion treatment, then are carefully packed in fumigated wooden crates for safe storage and global shipment.
